Robe Pointe

robePointe

It’s very bright and super-fast with a sharp parallel beam that cuts through the air and across video with ease. It can project a static or rotating glass gobo to produce precision in-air and surface images with an even focal plane. Tight or at full 20 degree zoom, the output is crystal clear and brilliant. Add in either rotating, 6 way linear or 8 way circular, prisms to create wide reaching effects across any set.

Drop in the frost filter and use any of the 13 rich colours to create a smooth even wash. The Pointe has an output far greater in size, quality and power than seems possible from it’s small, lightweight body – due to the efficient short arc 280 W discharge source and the Robe optical configuration. This new technology fixture even travels efficiently in a case of 4 and will cover all your needs – Beam, Spot, Wash, FX – there is no point in using any other fixture.

Swisson XND 4

XND-4 and XND-8 nodes are user friendly sACN and Art-Net to DMX converter supporting the distribution of up to eight universes of DMX via individually optically isolated DMX ports, each configurable as input or output. Since most major lighting consoles are capable of transmitting Art-Net data, an XND node is all you need in order to take advantage of your console’s networking capability, allowing you to transmit a vast number of universes over one single network cable. In some cases, users may profit from already existing networking infrastructure.

Furthermore, the XND-4 or XND-8 is also perfectly suited to send DMX data to your fixtures from a computer or even from a mobile device. Many light controller programs for PC or Mac support Art-Net output natively and with the help of XND’s DHCP capability, you can even let your workplace network infrastructure do the network configuration of your XND automatically for you.

With its 128×64 pixels OLED display however, configuring the network and setting up your Art-Net or sACN preferences manually is no trouble at all and helpful status information is always at hand.

If two controllers send data to the same universe, XND-4 and XND-8 nodes automatically merge the DMX data, which makes the integration of a second lighting controller straightforward and may prove helpful for fixture testing during the setup of an installation.
